UVA Licensing and Ventures Group maximizes the impact of University of Virginia research discoveries by creating opportunities for University innovators and partners to advance these discoveries to the global community.  To commercialize UVA research and facilitate technology transfer, UVA Innovation partners with existing Central Virginia firms or fosters new startups, leading to opportunities for growth and innovation, high quality jobs and workers, and a diverse and dynamic Central Virginia economy.
